I am an experienced ACT user who has never had to worry about keeping info from some people and not others in a company. I'm faced with that now! I have ACT 2006 and we want each salesperson to have access to only certain contacts - while Administrators can have access to all contacts. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I am an Administrator and when I make a test contact )w/someone else as the Record Manager) private, even I can't see it!
