I have annual tax appointments set up as recurring appointments for my clients. How can I print a form letter that will go through my list of contacts and find the appointment day and time and insert their name, address and appointment into the template?

Thanks for any help, this is my first year with Act

This info may help you.


Run your ACT! lookup to get selected items,


Then reference the How To video download at 

  ACT!10-11 How To:  Create Signature Using Write Feature (Windows Media Zip File  7.28meg).  


Then use ACT! Write / Mail Merge for the multiple records select in your lookup.
