Layout Problem

I have made some changes to the contacts layout on our shared Act 2008 database. These changes are however only visible on the server and not on any of the clients. I don't understand how when the database which is being shared changes the clients using the same database don't? Do I have to manually change something on all the clients?

What version of the ACT! program are you using? If ACT! 6 that would be expected.

Its Act version 10. Having checked all the clients it seems to have updated on some but not others.
