Hello, Maybe some help. I have Act 2011. On the contact page the listing "Latest Activity" is grey and not working. This is where Act tell you when you last email or called or had a meeting. How do I turn it on or use it. Thanks for the help.

The Latest Activity is a system field that tracks data based off of actions that have occurred in the database. For example: if you schedule an activity type of Meeting with John Smith for 11/2/2013, after the meeting has passed, and you clear the activity, the Last Meeting field will automatically populate with 11/2/2013 as the last meeting date.
You cannot manually input data into these fields.
