I recently noticed that when I logged a Call activity where I left a message, the Call Attempt/Reach fields in Latest Activity section had the same date. I would think that the Call Attempt field would be the date I tried calling and the Reach field the actual dated I spoke with the contact.
Is my thinking correct? If so, is there any way to correct this?
(Using ACT 2011 Pro)
