I have a client, on the 2/15/2011, in history: I left message. Also I left message on 3/7/2011. Under Latest Activities Call Attempt I see 2/15/2011. It should write 3/7/2011.
And by the way Latest activity Reach write 2/15/2011, I din't reach, I left message.

[Edit] I verify and it dose that only on that contact.
But I notice, in any contact history, if I delete a Message left, the Latest activity will continue to show this deleted message history date.

No I am talking about Latest actuvity : call attemps field. It should show it should wirte: 3/7/2011, but show 2/15/2011.

Left message will show on Call attempt, and Call completed under Reach.
but for that particular client it got corrupted. Any way I can ducplicate without having to recreate the whole history.

In my ACT Version under the Latest Activities Contact Detail Screen - the field Call Reach/Meeting - in the Meetings fields I have a good number of users that when the History Results equals Meeting Held it is not updating the Meetings field at all. Is this a known bug in my ACT Version?
