Why does the Call Attempt/Reach field show an entry for Call Reach when the call was a "Call Left Message" entry in the history. I would think it would populate this field only if I entered "Call Completed". This makes it unusable to use this field to know who I should call again. Any fix for this or am I not understanding the use of this field.
