Last Synchronization date is not updated

I have been able to synchronize my remote database successfully over the past 15 days, but now each time I start Act I get the message that it has been 15 days since the last synchronization.  I have re syncchronized and looked at the sync log to see several accounsts updated, but at the bottom of the log, itiindicates the database was last updated on 2/3/09.  How do I get it to recognize that the database has been synchronized?

Re: Last Synchronization date is not updated

On both the main and the remote, open the ACT Diagnostic tool and Rebuild Sync Objects.

1. Go to Start / Run

2. Type in ACTDiag

3. Select Databases - Database List

4. Right click on the correct database, go to Database Rebuild - Rebuild Sync Objects

This should:
1. delete/clear out the sync process queues ie: what was last sent
2. rebuild the sync data logging triggers
3. reset and counters that can, or need to be, reset
