Last Result field to history

I recently ungraded from Act 6.0 to Sage Act 2011.  With 6.0, text entered into the Last Results field would record in history as, for example, “Last results - Quarterly Service”.  My 2011 Act enters, “Field Last Results changed from “Sent scheduling letter” to “Quarterly Service””


Often I need to enter the same result as before, just with a new date.  Act 6.0 did this with no issue.  The newer program sees no change and will not update history with a new date unless there is a change in the result field itself.


Ideally, I just want the content of the field, without the extraneous info.  The field is set to record “details”.  I tried choosing “result” from the available fields, but it enters “Field Changed” rather than the new content of the field.


Is there a way to send just the new field content to history?  Any help with this is appreciated.
