I am looking at sorting my entire contacts list by last contacted, so to include email, phone, meeting, attempted calls etc, so that I can work out who hasn't been contacted in a while.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to go about doing this? I can see the "last reach" tab however this doesn't seem to be a true reflection of when the contact was last contacted

Any of the activities that logically result in contact being made with your contact, will update the last reach field once they have been cleared.
For example, a new history record with "Call Attempted" as the result will not update the field as the call was only an attempt, implying it was unsuccessful at contact being made.
The history result type "Call Completed" will update the Last Reach field with the date of that history.
