Last Contacted Date

[ Edited ]

I'd like to automatically populate a custom field with the 'date of last contact' so that I can write emails stating something like "Since our last conversation on [Date of Last Contact]...".  Is this possible?  Is there any way of pulling that info from the history?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Alex,
When you mark a Call as "Completed", ACT! automatically updates a system field called "Last Reach". If you are sending this email to contacts whom you have completed a call activity in the database, you can use this field in your template. There is also a system field called "Last Meeting", that is updated when Meeting activity is completed. See this Knowledgebase article for more info on these fields:

If these field won't work for you, the you can create and manually update your own date field to track this information.
