Hi. I've looked through the forum but couldnt find an answer to this.
We are having an odd issue with Act whereby when we go to schedule a new task, or calendar activity, it will automatically have the last contact pre filled when we add the item. This is really annoying. i dont know if it is a configuration issue from the way we have installed/setup act or if it is just simply by design. But we would like it to always be blank and not automatically associate with anyone. I can see why it would be handy - but we would rather it be when we are on that specific contacts page, click on activities and schedule something from there which works fine as it should.
What can we do to resolve this issue?
Not a hard one i'm sure, but real annoying.
