I am trying to get an answer as to how many licenses we need. WE are running act 2011 on our server and are switching to the web version. We have 10 salespeople and 15 admin people. Most of our admin people only need to query the act database and not edit it . The salespeople access via web and on the server. I have gotten a number of different answers and want to make sure we budget correctly

Re: LIcensing

Accoding to the numbers you listed you would need 25 licenses.

Re: LIcensing

The simplest way is just to count people. LIke going to the Movies, for license purposes, it doesn't matter how much someone uses it or what they do when they use it. Every one needs a ticket (licenese)
