I'm trying to do a keyword search. I have been using act 2000 upgraded to sage act 2012 pro. I have tried to search from the lookup box go into advanced then keyword and I get a message nothing is found even though I know the word is there

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Verify that you have selected to appropriate items for "Look in" and test with other keywords. If this does not work, then try database maintenance by going to Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair. You can also try the solution in this Knowledgebase article:
