Been an ACT customer since 1999. The earlier versions allowed you lookup a keyword within 1 contact. The results would be displayed from the most recent date down to the oldest date entry. Since I installed ACT 2007 a couple years ago, I must go through every keyword result, see what the date is, to find the most recent entry. SURELY, there is a solution for this! Time is so critical today...I hate wasting it on trying to find the most recent entry within a contact. Anybody else?? Customer Service said (before I purchased) the Date Descending listing was fixed in 2009...It's not!
