So, it would be a custom report in Crystal Reports, but it would be possible.  Organize by Contact, or company, etc and see a chart with Call completed by Call Attempt and Call Left message, Etc.

It might be a steep learning curve. But, if the report makes sense from a business perspective, (saves you a ton of time or money) it might be worth contact an ACT consultant to have this written.

Re: Keep track of Call Attempted.

1. Be mindful of the time zone 2. Call every day at 5 minutes to the hour and stagger the hour by 1. (8:55, 9:55, 10:55, 11:55, etc.) but every day add 1 hour, but do not leave a message. Leave a message only once every 8 calendar days. Paul Onish New Jersey Act user since 1989
