I have some client hard to reach, I have many call attempt, would it be possible to have a graphic or anything visual to see when it's the best time to reach them.

So, it would be a custom report in Crystal Reports, but it would be possible. Organize by Contact, or company, etc and see a chart with Call completed by Call Attempt and Call Left message, Etc.

It might be a steep learning curve. But, if the report makes sense from a business perspective, (saves you a ton of time or money) it might be worth contact an ACT consultant to have this written.
