Good day everyone.
Had a client with this error today after trying to adjust settings for Act Scheduler:
Error: “Could not load file or assembly ‘Act.Framework.DataExchange.OutlookSync.dll’ or one of its dependencies.
Act! Pro 18.0 Hot Fix 4
KB Article 36729 says the cause and solution is unknown.
Updated the customer to Pro 18.2, rebooted, error resolved, and is working well. Perhaps you'd like to flag the KB article for an update to help someone else.

Another lil' nugget of info; Geoff Boulden told me he saw a Windows Update on a different client machine regarding .NET framework that went through some time around Dec 14th. He rolled back that particular update and it worked again too.
Seems like a few ACCs are reporting this issue suddenly cropping up, so maybe it has to do more with that Win Update?
I suppose any and all info helps. Happy holidays!!
