Junk Email

I am not recieving some of my emails.  They are not bouncing back to the sender.  Is there a junk email box that I cannot find?  Can we adjust who comes in or not?

Are you using the ACT! Email client or Outlook when sending mail? If ACT! Email, are you using your Outlook account or an Internet Mail account? Also, if you are using the ACT! Email Client, there is no filtering mechanism and no Junk mail folder. Those functions would be managed through the mail account you are using.
