Issues with Opportunities and Dashboard

We're currently using ACT! to keep track of our many contacts and have recently decided to use it to track e-mails that we send as part of a marketing campaign.  With a few hundred contacts, we're using opportunities to track the status of those that have been sent the e-mails.  At the moment, we create a main opportunity as the first stage of the process that says that an e-mail has been sent out for everyone, and then creating individual opportunities once they progress further.  Now however, we're running into a couple of issues:

 

1.  Is there a way to select a group of contacts and generate individual opportunities for each of them, each with the same opportunity Name?  This is so that rather than someone having two opportunities if it goes beyond the first stage of the marketing process.

2.  Is there an option to see the current stages of opportunities in the Dashboard of all our users, without it being restricted to the user currently logged in?  I usually create the opportunity, with another user altering the stages.

3.  Does anyone know if it's possible to create a chart in the Dashboard that will show for a given Opportunity, a breakup by stages, then by status?  We would like to be able to create a dashboard where we can see for the e-mail campaign the number of users categorised by their current stages (E-mail sent out, read, etc) then by their current status (Open, Closed won, etc).

This is only possible in the Premium version
