I recently set up ACT to email from Outlook. After doing that I am unable to open any saved templates thru ACT. There are several people in our company using this program and only mine has been affected. So i am unsure of the email is affecting me to open the templates. When i try writing a letter thru saved tempalets I rcve the following error:
Sage ACT Error
Word can not save because it is already open somewhere else.
(C:\documents and settings\...\Normal.dot
Does anyone know how to correct this issue?
