I have the latest version of Act premium and I am having issues when I create a contact report for a single contact, the header and the footer information is there but no content, can anyone help me?

There likely isn't any notes, history, activities or oppertunities for the contact. The standard template is set to omit any contacts with empty subreports. You need to edit the template and change the property for that.

Open the report for editing and click on the Details bar. In the properties panel (click F4 if it isn't shoeing) and change the Hide on empty subreports property to No.
