When I try to schedule a call for another user the following message appears;
Item has already beed added. Key in dictionary: "XXXXX" key being added: "XXXXX"
After clicking ok the schedule for box appears and there are no names in the drop down box.
All users are set up with Administratoe level access. The version of Act being used is 2009 (220.127.116.117)

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
