Is it possible to use a ACT 2009 Premium database in ACT Pro 2009?

I have a database created in ACT Premium 2009. I now would like to transfer that database into a ACT Pro 2009 enviroment. I will not be trying to use the two versions at the same time and will be leaving the Premium behind but bringing the database from it into the Pro context. Will this work? If not easily is there a way to export and import the data?

You can not use a pro database with Premium or vice versa. You can save a premium database down to the same version of pro (File, save copy as and choose Pro)

You can not save ACT Backwards to another version ( for example you can't save from 2013 ACT to 2009 ACT)
