Is it possible to adjust margins?

Hello all.  I am using Sage ACT! Premium 2013 Version 15.1.108.0 and MS Outlook 2003 on a Windows 7 machine with a shared database.  My question is this:  Is there a way to adjust the margins on the page when I use the "print current screen" option?  I've found in Tool/Preferences/communications where I can set the page orientation and header/footer options but I don't see margins.  My issue is when we print the current screen for say an opportunity list, the margins are rather wide and cut off some of our text.

I know we can export to excel but if I could tweak the margins a bit we wouldn't have to.

Thanks for any assistance you might be able to provide.

No the margins can't be adjusted on any of the Quick Prints.

Actually a better option would be to use a program like Snagit to get a screen shot which would get you more printing options.

Funnily enough we HAVE Snag-it and I never even thought of that, nice tip.

Re: Is it possible to adjust margins?

If I may also suggest,

I sometimes just use the Print Screen Button on my keyboard, then I can just Paste it into a email or word doc.

Or I can also paste it into MicroSoft Paint and easily resize or crop image, then save as what ever desired file type.

Or I can also Print that screen shot image to my Free BullZip PDF Virtual Printer.

You might also get desired results by using the ACT! Opportunity Reports, other Reports?

Hope this helps - cheers - FSB - Smiley Happy
