Is it just me or is KB answer 28777 missing something?

Is there supposed to be something after the initial Answer but before the Note? 

The KB states:
Question:
You have installed Sage ACT! Premium (access via web) and would like further information on accessing your database from outside of your network.

Product:
Product Family: Sage ACT!
Product: Sage ACT! Premium (access via web)

Answer:
Accessing your database through an internet browser from outside of your network will require one of the following:

Note: Sage does not provide support for network connections.
  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  • Static IP
  • Port Forwarding through router

The article has been revised with the Note placed after the list of network connection types.  Thank you for bringing this confusion to our attention.
