Is there supposed to be something after the initial Answer but before the Note?
The KB states:
You have installed Sage ACT! Premium (access via web) and would like further information on accessing your database from outside of your network.

The article has been revised with the Note placed after the list of network connection types. Thank you for bringing this confusion to our attention.
