Hello all,
I am running into an issue with sychronizing my contacts between ACT 2010 and Outlook.
Right now, I have to put my info into Outlook and then export it to ACT. I would like to know if it is possible to put my info into ACT (because of the customizable fields) and then export to Outlook.
Much thanks for your help. Let me know if you would like me to explain in more detail.

See this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
If you want to keep them in sync, maybe have a look at 123 Synchronizer as per:

ACT is by far a better place to keep as your central data point, I currently use ACT like this and have Outlook,Blackberry, and several Excel files updated downstream from ACT
There are many methods to do this including an internal ACT method, but 123 as stated above is good so is CompanionLink, and HHC
