I want to know if ACT can do the following?
Here at my company we are broken up by divisions. In my division we have thousands of contacts in our current ACT database. Currently I'm running 10.0. With our contacts we them linked to companies. We are a consulting company and have many contracts with our contacts. Now with that said, our manager wants to know how much time, look at the history, dates, activities, meetings, desk time,etc. that every employee has spent with a contact or contracted company. She also wants to be able to pull this report up by selecting everyone in the division to get a total or overall report. Not sure if this can be done. Any feedback is welcome.

A Couple of options is;
or from the History Tab
select Record History
Don't know if your ACT! dialer is set up to work, but there are ways to make it work also so you can record that activity more easily.
Then, the History Time Spent Report can be modified if needed. I'm not the expert in this matter but I think I covered the basics?
