Invalid recurrence pattern message.

Error: Invalid recurrence pattern. Retrieval of named days expects day type of  Named. Actual value was None. Using ACT Pro 2012, Win 7. I have deleted all Google calendar items and synced but still receive error and cannot see any of my appointments.

If not 14.1 HF, you should apply the update...

Thank you for responding. I have Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.1.108.0

And the latest Hotfix? If you look at that link, HF4 does something related ... although not sure if it fixes the once once it's happened.

If not, try repairs with ACTDIAG - make sure you backup first

If you call support, tell them there's an internal KB article 28765 that they should look at

I have Act Pro V17.2.217.0 and us Win 7 64bit.  I'm having the same problem and have removed all Google intergration in both Act and in Google calendar.  I have used Act Diagnostics and gone through the reindexing, repairing & rebuilding process and still get the error message when I'm trying to schedule an event.  Does anyone know of any method for fixing this issue?
