I have just started using ACT 11 and am having difficulty. The program was set up poorly. I am attempting to export all the information to Excel. I can not find a place to view all of the contacts at once, only contacts by group view.
How do you view all contacts in the database and how do you then export to Excel. Thank you.

If you are wanting to extract contact record field data.
You need to be in the Contacts List view, to get there hold down the F8 key.
Choose Lookup menu, All Contacts. From this view you can do a one-click export to Excel - Tools menu, Export to Excel
This enables you to extract all the field information for the contacts, the same is true of the other list views. You may want to Add or remove particular fields prior to export, do so by right click and choose customise columns first.
