If I make the user member of the Admin group in Win2003, everything works. If he is a "normal" user level, I can not use the email function, "Can not send message, invalid system specified".
Where do I need to open the file permissions on the system?

What email system is configured with ACT!? What restrictions do the normal users have?

It is Outlook 2003. This is a brand new Windows 2003 server installation, so the users where in the standard Windows 2003 "users" group. If I added the users to Power Users group - all was fine, same if I put them into the Administrator group.
Obviously, in production I can not have the users in such high groups. I have tried putting them in an Act group and raise permissions to full control on any folder I could think of, but that did not fix the issue.
Thanks for your time so far, help much appreciated.
