When I have previously installed ACT onto a new machine i have had to call swiftpage to allow it to work on that machine (I only have a 2 user licence). marginally annoying but fair enough i understand why.
my support agreement has now expired.
will swiftpage stop me from installing on new machines? I am buying a new 'server'
legally i should be able to as there will still only be 2 users (me and the wife!!)

This will not be a problem. Check the EULA. You can install each instance (license) on 2 machines.
