Install keeps wanting to reboot

Trying to install ACT on Windows XP and it says ACT needs to reboot to install correctly. Then it reboots and does the same thing again. First part of setup.. then says it needs to reboot.. then it reboots then does the same thing again. any ideas?

Ok, on the CD, you will have a dependencies folder. Within that folder you will have a file called ACTSystemCheck.exe Run that file. I believe it will tell you that you have an issue with your MDAC.
