I have a client that has 3 copies of ACT 2009 version 11. One of the machines died and needed to be replaced. I uninstalled the copy from the machine and installed it on the new replacement machine. How do i get the act system to recognize that I still have 3 licensed copies? I moved a copy from one machine to another. SAGE sales and support wonn't help since it is an old version

I purchased Act! 2010 and downloaded the file - my computer crashed recently. How do I redownload the file to install on the new computer? I have the original activation code and serial number.
