I just replace my Act 6 with the 2011 version and I am in trouble. I need add my logo (jpg picture) to Email message from Template. In Editing Template i can paste the picture and see it but when they receive the mail is not there. Please help me

Hello Scott and thank you for your kind answer.
I have ACT 2011 Pro with Office 2007 and the options are:
In Communication I selected " Microsoft Word 2003,2007...
In ACT! Email Editor - Composing Options HTLM is selected
In Email & Outlook Sync Email Systems: Internet Mail
ACT! E-mail Client
and I don't use Outlook.
I am afraid the upgrade from ACT 6 to the newest one has been a big mistake, I wish the New Year will bring us a solution because we have to work with it.
