It would help to know what version of Act! you are using, what version of Outlook you are using, and what Windows you are using. Please be specific when profiding version numbers for both Act! and Outlook. They can be obtained by clicking Help | About. For Windows, please specify the Service Pack version. You can get this by holding down the Windows key and pressing the pause key and then release both.
