Initializing Email

For some reason, I can't send email out of Act! today.  I have checked all settings, and they appear to be correct.  I get the message "Can not initialize Email not sent" even though test messages send all right.  Anything else to check?  Thanks,

It would help to know what version of Act! you are using, what version of Outlook you are using, and what Windows you are using.  Please be specific when profiding version numbers for both Act! and Outlook.  They can be obtained by clicking Help | About.  For Windows, please specify the Service Pack version.  You can get this by holding down the Windows key and pressing the pause key and then release both.

Try this: Answer ID 13826, General Troubleshooting Guide For Issues With ACT! and Microsoft Outlook.  This Answer ID offers a lot of ideas and options that may correct your problem.  Let me know.
