I am running ACT! 2012 on Windows 7.
BTW, I am using the Act! internet email, not Outlook.
1. When I receive an email, is there any way that it will automatically assign that email to the sender?
2. When I manually assign the incoming email to the sender, it puts an email in the History, but it does not show the details of the incoming message in the right preview pane - so I can;t read the email at a glance in the history folder, unlike the OUTgoing emails.
As a result, reading email histories with a client are INCREDIBLY cumbersome!!!
