Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

I have a custom group report that displays information on the selected group's subgroups, including subgroup histories. I need the report to display ALL the group's subgroups, but only histories within the past 2 weeks.  If a subgroup has no history entry within the past 2 weeks, that subgroup should be included in the report, but the history area left blank.  The default behavior is to exclude subgroups altogether if they do not have a history entry within the specified date range. Is there a way to override this default?

Re: Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

I tried setting that property to No, but it reverts to Yes (all by itself) as soon as I run the custom report template.

Re: Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

That sounds like some kind of problem with the template itself.

Re: Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

The template is pretty simple.. a few group fields, and then simple subreports for the histories and notes. Not sure where to start troubleshooting. Any suggestions on things to try to figure this out?

Re: Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

Because what you describe shouldn't happen, I would have to examine the template to suggest what might be the problem.

Re: Including ALL subgroups in a custom group report

You were right. I was setting the "HideOnEmpty" property to No within the subreports... what I should have done is left those set to Yes, and change the "HideOnEmptySubreport" property within the Detail section to No, as you suggested. I didn't notice the subtle difference between those two property names. thanks!
