Thank you for the speedy suggestion! Unfortunately, a scheduled call does not show up in my activities tab. Perhaps I have to configure it? I'm new w/ ACT and just feeling my way around. I imported a spreadsheet and set some contacts up w/ a callback and others, I have yet to do so. I wish I could just look at each contact and see if I've scheduled a call and if not, do so.

You can, check the filter settings on the activities tab.
