I am using Act! (6) email and I continually have 'invisible' emails in my inbox - not all emails, just some - not just html emails, also plain text.
The email sender and subject tabs are visible but no content. If I quit Act! Email then relaunch, the subject tab detail disappears. If I repeat the process the sender tab also vanishes leaving a completely blank document. This is not a formatting issue - you cannot drag over the email to highlight the 'invisible' content.
We have six PCs in the office using Act!6, but mine is the only one with this problem - the preferences are the same on all the PCs.
I have run anti-vrirus and malware tools but no problems have been found.
Can anyone provide a solution to this problem?
