Importing to Act! 10

Can anyone help? I'm importing a database of 5000 contacts into Act! 10 via Excel (text delimited format). Only the first 330 contacts are successfully imported. Any ideas how to persuade Act! to accept the whole database?  Thanks. Paul

Re: Importing to Act! 10

Hello Paul,

Begin by verifying your duplicate checking. If you're sure you have no duplicates in your excel, uncheck duplicate checking and ACT will not check them during the import.

Have a look at the full KB article and let us know if it helps you.
