Hello - I am new to the forum. I have a client who would like to upgrade to the latest version of ACT. For some reason he runs a very early version 2.0 maybe and the later version 4.0. I was told by one of the users that the very early ACT version is still around because there were some issues keeping old data when they upgraded to 4.0.
Now that we are purchasing all new machines running Vista I am challenged with upgrading to 9.0. How can I best convert to this higher version and make sure I keep all my data? I'm looking for somweone with some expertise in this to help me avoid common issues.
