When I import leads / companies from Hoover's via the Sage Business Info Service they are coming in to the ACT database as a new Company only. Not as a new Contact. You then have to go to Companies and search for each new entry and then add a Contact. This is somewhat cumbersome, especially when do a many imports. Is there a way around this? Or am I doing someting incorrectly? I have reviewed the Answer ID 27033 and 26830 and followed the steps.
