I have tried to import an Excel SS that I converted to csv. First I go to "file import" then change the file type to "text delimited" and then go to the folder where I have placed the file to be imported. This is where the issue is. I cannot see the "csv" file in the folder where I created it when trying to view it through ACT. It only appears when I look for it out of the ACT software. Any suggestions to what I might be doing wrong. I do have an unsupported version of ACT and this could have something to do with it. Thanks.
