Import Selected Contacts from Outlook

I have about 900 contacts in Outlook and about 550 are what I want in ACT for my work. I imported them into ACT and deleted the ones that were not for work. Unfortunately, I've made changes in the Outlook contacts and didn't have time to update the ACT clients. How can I select which contacts I want to have sync with ACT.
