I'm using ACT 2009.
I have an ACT 2009 database ("SOURCE" ) with numerous added fields which I am attempting to import into a new, built-from-scratch ACT2009 database ("TARGET" ). All of the custom fields in SOURCE were duplicated in TARGET through Define Fields.
However, when I attempt to Export to TARGET many of the fields are not listed in the Contact Map. For example, TARGET has a field "Spouse DOB" THAT does not appear in the Contact Map list under the "To this Field" section. There are a number of custom fields which do not appear.
Is there a way to regenerate the map? If the fields are in the database why are they not appearing in the Contact Map?
Thanks for the help,

Please..... When is the fix coming? I have used the workaround in the past, and it is time intensive. I have been waiting since January for the update. I need to import some 6K records. Our act has been completely customized so it is not like I have a just one or two fields missing, most are missing.

I do not have a set date for when the update will go live. I will update the following post when the update goes live.
