I am hoping that someone can confirm my interpretation of the support changes coming on October 1st.
First of all, I have the Growth Suite Professional subscription with a Standard support plan. I have the ACT! 22.1 version installed and operate a stand-alone, single-user, system that utilizes Windows 10 Pro.
I am assuming that:
(1) I will continue to be able to submit tickets and get telephone assistance relative to any performance issues I have with the ACT! software;
(2) my ACT! software will continue to perform in the future even though there will be no further upgrades;
(3) my subscription fee of $240 (due in November and which has already been confirmed via email) has not been increased for later years.
Sorry if these questions seem silly but I find the formal communications from ACT! to be somewhat unclear at times.
