I use the feature to create an activity out of a sent eMail - especially if I'm waiting on a response to move a sale forward.
It occurred to me that when I do what ever the activity calls for and have to schedule a follow up, the attached eMail is in both the current activity just cleared as well as the newly scheduled activity.
For me, the need for the historical eMail is only meaningful for the current call. The subject of the history is enough for me to see why I had placed a call.
Is it possible to remove the attached eMail from the now saved results in which I didn't get an answer?
