W10, Act! Pro Version, Update 7.

I've had ACT support try and fix my Outlook 365 sync addin.  Told there's an issue that will be fixed in the next release as sync doesn't work.  I also find random instances of ISPA running and it doesn't stop until I exit.

Any suggestions for either?
