I have been the sole user of ACT and, use the database for tracking sales leads. Status ID labels include: Lead, Webinar etc. For follow-up, I place the client an asigned group such as "Follow Up Q1."
Another individual will now be using ACT and, will need to use the same ID Status labels and, will also need to follow-up with these clients.
Question: What is the easiest way to keep our records distinct, so we know who is responsable for working with what client.
Example: Mary and John (The ACT users) both need to use the same ID Status labels to identify clients in categories such as, Lead, Webinar, On-Site etc. Mary already has clients in "Groups" which are named "Follow Up Q1" etc. Now, her partner will be doing much the same, requiring the identical labels.
We produce reports and so, we need to be able at a glace, to know who is responsable for what.
