I need to merge the billing and shipping address fields into word mail merge documents and I cant.
The address 1 etc fields are available but not billing which doesn't make sense. Thanks.

ACT comes with three sets of addresses:
Unfortunately, only fields from the Contact view are eligible for a Word merge.
I would suggest creating new fields to hold the billing address in both the company view and contact view.
Then link the fields so that the billing information entered into the company view will automatically be entered into the billing fields for the contact.
